Managing Through The Financial Crisis

How is your club being impacted by the current financial crisis?  Are revenues down and expenses up? Managing a club in today's time can be a challenge.

ESM Club Consulting is available to help in a cost effective way for your club or golf facility.  Here's our program:

  1. ESM will conduct a 1 hour phone consultation with your Club to understand the challenges the Club is facing;
  2. Your Club provides ESM with financial and operating information that we will analyze; 
  3. Based on our analysis, we will send the Club various Best Practice questionnaires and analyze the Club's response;
  4. ESM will then provide your Club with a complete report that will include proactive recommendations that could help your Club drive revenues and control expenses.
ESM's fee for this program typically runs over $2,500.   However, we are offering this service for $1,500 - because we know consulting dollars are difficult to spend today.
